When I was a kid those words struck fear in my “Sit at the table until your plate is cleared” existence (much like many of your feel about posting online).

NOW- I am LIT UP when I see them on a menu and I order them every chance I get and even cook them at home. 

What’s changed?

Brussels Sprouts have absolutely have EVOLVED in preparation and presentation.

Much like social media, new forms, benefits and presentations are cropping up every day.

For food and social media, what we consume and how we can consume it has changed.

My Point?

Discounting social media as a career accelerator can be a costly mistake.
